Second Notice of Hearings under Rule 13(6) - Development Consent Order

As you may be aware, the application for a Development Consent Order for Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange has been accepted for Examination by the Planning Inspectorate, and the Examining Authority was appointed on 11 July 2023.

We provided a Notice of the Examination dates on 14.08.23.
