This notice is to confirm that the Parish Council of Groby has, on 3rd September 2012, made a Dog Exclusion Order making it an offence for anyone responsible for a dog to take it onto the area known as Beacon Field, in the Parish of Groby, from which dogs have been banned under a Dog Exclusion Order.
The Order will come into force on 1st October 2012.
The Order applies to all land known as Beacon Field which is bounded by Beacon Close, Queensmead Close, Oakmeadow Way, Highfield Road and Glebe Road.
The Order can be inspected at the Parish Council Offices, Village Hall, Leicester Road, Groby, Leicester, LE6 0DQ - Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
