Information gleaned from the 2011 Census figures reveals the populations of all civil parishes in England and Wales with over a hundred inhabitants.
Based on this information, the three largest towns, parishes and communities in England and Wales are: Weston-super-Mare 76143; Shrewsbury 71715 ; Aylesbury 58740.
According to the survey there are 10,492 parishes in England. Groby comes in at number 689 on the list, with a population of 7,389 (3611 Males and 3778 Females). It has an area of 867.17 Hectares with 8.5 persons per Hectare.
